Membership Fee Assessment and Collection

The registration fees, annual dues, supplementary (munzam) dues, and delay interest payments of our Chamber members are assessed and collected by the authorized departments of the Bodrum Chamber of Commerce (BODTO).

Annual Membership Dues

The membership class of each member is determined according to the “Equity (Net Worth)” criterion.
Annual dues are assessed based on these membership classes.

Supplementary (Munzam) Dues

The Supplementary Due (Munzam Aidat) is calculated at a rate of 0.5‰ (binde 5) on the member’s total commercial earnings and is assessed in June each year.

Both the annual and supplementary dues are subject to the maximum limits set by law.

Payments can be made:

In two equal installments during June and October,

At the Chamber cashier’s office,

To the bank accounts listed below, or

By credit card through the ONLINE SERVICES (BODTONET) section of our website: www.bodto.org.tr

In case of delayed payment, late interest is applied in accordance with Law No. 6183 on the Collection of Public Receivables, at the legally applicable monthly rate.

Late Payment Interest and Legal Collection

For members who fail to make payments on time, a late payment interest rate of 4.5% per month is applied in accordance with Law No. 6183.
For partial months, the delay interest is calculated on a daily basis.

Outstanding debts from previous years are subject to legal enforcement proceedings (collection via execution office).
